Excellent food and friendly service. All the items I've tried on the menu have been top quality. The burgers, fries, gyros, and Italian beef are quite good. It's become my new favorite lunch spot!

Great place for some greasy food and good side options. Not many places with mac and cheese nuggets at a decent price. My only complaint is that sometimes it takes a while to get your food.

Food was good... i bought half slab if ribs. Food out shines the kitchen area. They absolutely need to do a better job of keeping the front area of kitchen clean and presentable. Food and paper products on the floor.

Consistent good quality food. Vienna Beef products, good size portions. Everything is always fresh and delicious!

My husband and I have been going to both of the Elk Grove Village locations for at least 10 years. We have tried close to everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. The staff have always treated us with kindness and respect. We highly recommend the Gyros but like everything we have tried.

My first trip - good portions at a fair price. Went in today, got a bunch of food, went out. Nice to see they are looking at every review (hi guys!) to see if there's anything they could do differently. The hot dogs were delicious, Chicago Style!

Very busy place at lunch time. I ordered the gyros plate, wow lots of food. Could not finish. Others in my group liked what they got. First time here for all of us.

Good dawg. Good service. Is wasn't too crowded when we stopped by which was 430pm on a Thursday. The dawg was delicious. Great ingredients. Kids love this place too. It's kind of a big spot. Lots of tables.

It's a fast food burger joint. We come here a handful of times a year. The food is decent and comes out fairly quick. They've never messed up our orders when we order take out, so that's a huge plus. Nothing worse than opening up your bag of grease after you get home only to realize that somebody isn't getting everything they ordered.

Best American junk food around. A heart attack waiting to happen! I mean that in a good way. Everything is yummy. Fast service.

GREAT food. I chose the Cheeseburger meal. Fair price and boy the quality of the food here is top of the list. Best place for hotdogs, gyros, ribs, chicken sandwiches, burgers. You name it... just avoid the Sierra mist fountain drink. Seems to be broken! Rattles and gives a bit too much syrup!

This place is amazing. The people that work here are awesome. The food is fantastic. The have the best cheeseburgers in the suburbs. If you haven't tried them, then give 'em a shot!

The selection is fantastic and so is the staff. I love the fish patty sandwich. The french fries were good but somewhat tasted undercooked for my liking.Edited review: Asked for fries "well done" as suggested. DELICIOUS!

It's simple... If you live within a driving distance and don't get your food from Big Sammy's you are only harming yourself. I don't recall the last time, restaurant/fast food up to 5 star spots where such a large variety of food came out with excellent execution. Gyro, Cheese Burger, Wing, Fries, Cheese Curds, Marinera Sauce, Cheese Sauce and even Ranch... all just appetizing! Who ever is your guy working the kitchen deserves praise, the man is a legend. I'm a foodie and man... I'm a picky about my food AKA Buff Joe's AKA Cheval... standards are high! Simply bravo guys, keep up the great work you guys are doing. EVERYONE READING THIS GO ORDER YOUR FOOD NOW AND ORDER LOTS OF IT! P.S. My buddy, who's a culinary chef, approves of this message.
